"Coach Art is one of the best coaches I've had personally. He's very knowledgeable in his approach to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) as well as MMA. The gym offers kids classes, women's, Muay Thai, as well as BJJ. The adult classes are filled with hard competitive rounds as well as relaxed flow rolls and drilling. Very welcoming and friendly environment. There's also a sauna and cold plunge."
"Me and my two daughters (8) & (12) joined a few months ago and the experience so far has been so great, they are improving daily. The coach has a patience with kids you could only wish to find when searching for some one to teach your kids. The adult classes are just as good, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend giving it a try."
