"I must say, this review is a LONG time coming. I have been following coach Ed for ~20 years, and have been a loyal member of CCK for nearly 18 years. I am a loyal customer, but I have never stuck with a gym as long as I have with CCK. Coach Ed, sets the vibe, as he is welcoming, motivating and inspires/pushes you to work hard (your level hard). I love the new gym site, the workout options continue to grow and evolve. If your entry level or advanced, there is a place for you here. Everyone is friendly, especially my boy Boogie. He is so easy to talk to and work with. Last but not least, take advantage of the other available services. For example, facials with Suzanne (Gloss Skincare), she is amazing. I have yet to get my nails done there, but this place is fast becoming a one stop shop. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THEM A TRY AND JOIN!!!"

"Training at CCK these past 2 weeks has been incredible. I can't recommend it enough. ALL of the coaches give their utmost patience and attention in teaching you the fundamentals (regardless of skill level). I loved that they challenged my abilities while keeping it a safe/comfy space, especially bc I was nervous since I had no prior martial arts experience going into it. The vibes are chill, facilities spacious and clean, and classes just the right amount of intense. Special shoutout to Coach Ed and Coach Boogie for making every new member feel so welcomed :)"

So, picture this: I stumbled upon this gym through the magical realm of Groupon while I was in town for a family visit. Without hesitation, I snagged the irresistible 2-week trial deal even though realistically I only got to experience 1 week (oh well, my loss). Right from my initial phone call with Coach Boogie, it was clear that this gym is a well-oiled machine of awesomeness – super organized, mega professional, and as friendly as a basket of puppies. Now, let me tell you about my first encounter with Coach Ed during my class. Since I already had some Muay Thai mojo under my belt, I managed to dodge the beginners' class (pun intended). But, hold on to your kettlebells, folks! I couldn't help but rubberneck at Coach Brian's beginners' session happening right in the ring. It was like a tutorial extravaganza! If you're a total newbie, rest assured that Coach Brian's got your back, front, and sides with his guidance. And now, the pièce de résistance – my initial impression: "Holy fitness, Batman! This class is an electrifying rollercoaster of intensity!" I won't sugarcoat it; I exited the gym with a swagger that resembled a limp, and my body the next day? Let's just say it felt like I had a close encounter with a pack of overenthusiastic workout pixies. But you know what? That's what makes it all worthwhile! Who wants a workout that doesn't leave you gloriously sore and sporting a proud gym-warrior hobble? But wait, the party doesn't end here! I decided to embark on a wild adventure and dabble in Coach Boogie's and Coach Brian's (non-beginner) classes. Let me tell you, every class was like stepping into a whole new fitness universe. Each coach had their own unique flavor, but it was a blast, no doubt! I've got to admit, I'm feeling a tad down at the thought of returning to the humdrum routine of regular Classpass classes after this epic journey. If only I lived in the vicinity, I'd be signing up for this gym faster than you can say "burpee bonanza!" This place is the real deal, my friends.
