"This is a wonderful place to train especially as family. My daughter was one of the first students at this location and I started a year later so that she and I could experience the journey together. As she progressed, she gained self-confidence and leadership skills when she helped with the younger students. As I progressed, I shed some extra weight :), improved my cardio and flexibility (a little :P) but most importantly spent time with my daughter during her formative years. After she grew up and went away to college, I have continued since I really grew attached to this TKD community and I have many friends here.
