"Switched from In Shape club on Dover in Fairfield (2+ years). In Shape charges 3x as much but is such a dump compared to Crunch. I find the Crunch gym is always clean (especially the women’s locker room). The equipment is superior to In Shape and staff are way more helpful. I highly recommend this business."
"If you want to cancel your membership, make sure you do it a month before, they don't give you the option to cancel it at the establishment, you have to send an email but it doesn't matter what day you cancel, you still have to pay them an extra month, it's not fair. important the staff is friendly, they do a very good job"
