"Ok wow... alot of cardio equipment that's mostly empty, not enough resistance training equipment. Got through my workout though... The men's bathroom and sauna are literally molded and a health hazard. It is profoundly disgusting for how expensive my dues are. I've never smelled or seen a men's locker room where I thought I would exit with an infection or disease... I actually started a claim at CDPH. Yes, it was that bad."

"A more compact gym. The interior is smaller and configured to fit into this old space that used to be a mall. The crowd here is mostly teen to late 20 s early 30s. Still though with the mold in the bathrooms and vents. And it’s usually pretty loud. I would say more so than most gyms. Especially around 5pm to close. But it’s a lot of dudes and their workout friends. Machines don’t stay in use for long, but they do get snagged quick. The sauna here is good, dry/wet. Not open 24 hours this location. Staff is like the rest they talk about certain guests (myself included) about dumb stuff that you would hear in junior high or some other idiot way of being a passive bully."

"My 300$ watch was stolen here as well as my conditioner.. Decent place to work out though. but like most of their locations, the mens room needs a serious cleaning as well as the pool room mold everywhere….At least it’s cleaner than the Oakland location."

"The filthiest pool, jacuzzi and shower ever. I’ve been a member here for the past 2 years. About a year ago, I began noticing dirt floating in the jacuzzi area (see pictures). I initially thought nothing of it but it became more recurrent and more noticeable. 7 months ago (jan 1st 12pm), I noticed the walls of the jacuzzi covered with the dirt (maybe human feces?). I asked the manager to call me so I could share my experience but he never did. I stopped using the jacuzzi all together. Swimming pool was initially okay, but gradually became filthy as well. Occasionally, I saw pieces of what looked like toilet papers and other debris floating in the pool. Today, after one lap of swim, I had to jump out of the pool because I saw hundreds of what appeared to be feces (vegetable etc) floating in the mid pool. I was disgusted. How is it even possible to have a public pool this filthy? I don’t think i can ever return to this pool. I notified a female attendant about the filth ones so that she would consider closing the pool to have it cleaned. Not to mention, the floor of the shower area and toilet is always disgusting with no exception. Thank god city sports is building their gym a few blocks away."

"This gym is in bad need of new equipment and a deep cleaning. The free weights area is small and messy. They dont't have enough plates for any of the equipment so you need to scroung for the plates you need or improvise. The quipment is in bad shape and there's just not enough to go around so its hard to get a full workout as you try to use whatever is available at any given time. Also, people leave weights lying around all over the place which is irritating."
