"Classes here aren't just workouts, but great lessons in the art of fighting. Coaches focus on details and technique, and prioritize safety far more than other gyms in the area. And even so, sparring and constant pressure testing is encouraged here. Their fight philosophies are not rooted in backwards traditions. An example is that they have serious fighters cross training with OTHER gyms. Many other organizations would discourage this.
