"Only use this gym if you plan on going for physical therapy. I’ve been going everyday for 3+ years and am treated like I don’t matter. They only care about their physical therapy patients. If you go as someone just trying to work out you will be treated 2nd class. They also charge you more money once a month for new equipment. They don’t mean new weight lifting equipment they mean new physical therapy equipment. Currently looking for another gym."
"They charge about 3x the price as Planet Fitness. They gym is old and dirty, with lots of homeless going in to shower all the time. It stinks really bad because they have no windows or air circulation. They don't have any advanced equipment. Only one squat rack and a bunch of machines for the most part. It's very cramped and crowded. Edit (response to owner): Planet Fitness charges $10 a month for a much larger and clean gym, with newer equipment, and who hire more local employees. It's also not a small, locally-owned gym. The owners own different gyms. No more money is being distributed locally with your gyms than big box gyms."
"This place is a great physical therapist office. They take care of all kinds of physical therapy. They also have a built-in pool and a hot sauna. Staff is always there to assist you as you will have a personal trainer. The guys are great and everybody is very courteous. I highly recommend Red Bluff Health and Fitness Center in Red Bluff California"
"Nice place for people that are just starting to work out. Not to many beefed up people making everyone feel out of place. The staff are friendly. There's unlimited hot water in the showers. They have coffee for those that want to sit and read the paper while resting or waiting on someone. They also offer family rates. Classes. Day spa. Personal trainers. Decent pool and a outdoor Jacuzzi and a physical therapy department."
