"I took my three month old baby here for shots and was absolutely horrified by my experience here! Not only was the waiting time ridiculous but the staff did not follow any basic sanitary protocols like glove changing and washing hands. There were not boxes of gloves in the rooms or hall way and doctors and all other staff walked in and out with the same gloves without changing them or even washing hands. I can assume they aren’t changing them patient to patient. I even saw one woman wiping her gloves off with alcohol wipes. There also wasn’t even any sharp containers in sight it’s a Mystery where they are putting the dirty needles. They also just handed me one of the oral vaccinations for my baby and walked out expecting me to administer unsupervised. It is insane this place is even still running. It should be shut down! I’d highly recommend that you take your child somewhere else!"

"TERRIBLE DOCTOR’S OFFICE! If you plan on going here for a doctors appointment you might as well cancel any plans you lined up for the day because they will tell you that you have an appointment and you’ll be sitting WAITING FOR HOURS! Even over the phone appointments aren’t punctual, how can someone not even make a phone call on time? If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Trying to set up an appointment is nearly impossible getting through to DMV is easier. I have tried for a week to schedule an appointment but I have been put on hold each time for soooooo long I hung up each time. How busy can they really be....The location is not the best either but the Doctor is extremely nice."

"I love the Dr. But they're extremely slow. And the nurses lie and tell u ur up next. And another 30 minutes go by. God forbid if ur n pain & need meds. I've been here 2 hours. Ridiculous!"
