"Doctor Chin is a good Doctor but his staff is another story. They are rude and have no consideration for the patients or their wellbeing. For example (one of many), I had called about a health issue that I really needed medicine for, it was an emergency. The staff rudely declined to help until an outstanding balance paid. The outstanding balance was being resolved by the Health Insurance and so I couldn't do anything to appease them. I ultimately had to get help from my primary physician for a Gynecology matter. It's extremely emotionally draining dealing with this office and completely stressful every time I have to talk to his staff. After years of the abuse and fearing the conflict of going to the Doctor's office, I'm recently changed Doctors and feel completely relieved to not have to go back ever again. Transferring records and onto better pastures!"
