"I got there early for my appt. and I get a call from the office! I'm siting there they had no idea!!! So disappointed with this doctor's office I don't understand what goes on there but this is the second time that I've been to this office they do a swab send it out and they never call you back!!! I figured I would give them a second try but the same thing happened as the first time I went there they never call you with the result you have to call them back and they never have it even after a week later... That is super irresponsible!!! Does doctor obviously doesn't care about her patients...!!!"

"This review is specifically regarding Colleen Trimlett - Dr. Fan was wonderful the one time I met her. I did a lot of research before choosing this clinic/doctor and there were raving reviews however, I had the most TERRIBLE experience. Being pregnant with my first baby, I was full of nerves and questions and needed support and reassurance from my OB - I did NOT get that from Colleen. I experienced terrible nausea and vomiting the entire first trimester - I was losing weight rapidly and was not able to keep food or liquids down for days at a time. The first time I spoke with Colleen regarding these issues she told me to go to the ER for a fluid drip and anti-nausea medication - the visit cost me over $800 (with insurance). After not getting better, I asked for further assistance at which point she told me that it was normal for pregnant women to be nauseous and it’s just something I’d have to “deal with.” The severity of my symptoms were not being taken seriously and I was too tired and weak to truly advocate for myself. I eventually fought to get a prescription for additional anti-nausea medication but when it was time for a refill it got denied through my insurance. I asked the office to submit an appeal as I was still nauseous… Colleen interrupted and spoke over me multiple times on several occasions, she was condescending, cold and rude. I truly couldn’t believe I was being treated so poorly! Finally, I decided to find a new OB and requested a release of records form which took multiple days and phone calls to receive despite promises that it would be sent ASAP. After 3 months of dealing with the incredible LACK of care, I found a wonderful OB who listened to my concerns, showed compassion and supported my needs throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. It’s been 3 months with my beautiful baby girl but I am still floored at how awful Colleen was during such a sensitive and significant time of my life. I DO NOT recommend."

"I've moved from San Diego to Winchester CA 2 years ago and I still drive more than an hour just to see Dr. Li Fan. It's so difficult to find a good doctor in California but I was lucky to got one. I have never experienced such great care. Dr. Fan is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She explains conditions and treatments, takes time to answer all my questions. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They make you feel very comfortable at the office. Jackie and Andrea are the most wonderful and helpful people. I would highly recommend this OBGYN group. Thank you for outstanding service."
