"If you go in for regular exams and don’t have any medical issues you are probably ok but if you have medical issues good luck. Lack of communication is common. Office doesn’t follow up and good luck if you can get through. It’s definitely not a five star."

"Horrible place.They didn’t care about anything that was said. They don’t give ultra sounds. only had 2. thru the pregnancy, had to pay out of pocket somewhere else just to see my baby. They refuse to give ultra sounds even just to see how the baby is doing. I truly will never go back. The lady at the front is rude. the wait time is very ridiculous. I don’t recommend this place to anyone."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Urso and she has been fabulous. Great and attentive. Originally saw her at the Hemet Hospital and took me over as a regular after my hospital stay, which was great because no other OBGYN in my area would take me, with being how far along I am (had to move). Anyways - I have never had any issues with the rooms or the staff. Everyone has been super friendly and great in general. It does take a bit long to get through to them on the phone, but this practice is a busy one, so it makes sense! Really not a big deal. I have been here many times and only had to wait long once and that was my fault because I was late. Again - not the staffs fault - it was 100% my fault. I was grateful they still took me and saw me that day. Comfortable seating area with bathrooms. Also a bathroom inside her office area. Was able to get me in and scheduled very quickly, appointment making wise. They refer out for Ultrasounds and NST and that works in my favor because I am from Temecula and the doctor I was referred to for the US and NST twice a week is Dr. Brar in Murrieta. Which they are also great. Love this practice and would have never gone anywhere else even if I could. No one takes better care of me and my baby than Dr Urso and her staff. Thanks again!"

"I didn’t have other options in Hemet for Maternity the other OBS didn’t answer, or said they were to full. I made the appointment for my first prenatal and I regret it. I spent 4 hours here 1 waiting in the dirty lobby, the rest in the back being asked the same questions over and over first by the NP then she left and the. Asked by the OB. No one explained anything to me and told me to schedule a bunch of other appointments with other doctors. There really isn’t quality of care in Hemet as a whole but this is beyond. The room and bathroom were dirty and no one checked how far along I was I was in shock I have had 2other kids outside of hemet and have always completed an initial meeting that went over all of the questions asked, my concerns, what I should expect tests, financials, my birth plan and then I meet with the dr who I can address anything with who then checks baby and heartbeat with the in office ultrasound. This office offers non of that at all. Also be prepared they have your back facing the door and curtain so while undressed sitting on the chair with a little paper on my lap when the door opens anyone can see your but crack or the procedure. I now drive2.5 hours to my old dr and hospital and will hopefully be moving soon because There is no way I will be going back to any of these drs or that dirty hospital."
