"I have been going to Doggie Spa for about a year. My cocker spaniel is always scared to go in, happy to leave. This last visit was the last visit. They shaved my cocker. Removed her beautiful skirting, shaved her wavy fur on her ears. When I asked Jamie why? No answer. When dropped off the old lady at front desk, does not relay what is asked to be done to groomer in back room. Breed cut. I was told by manager that I always get shave on my cocker. NEVER! Her skirt was so beautiful. Needed trimming, hence the breed cut request, not shaved."
