Was waiting in the waiting area and can hear the entire conversation the doctor recommended to someone else. Other than that, dr Wu was very helpful and informative. BUT her staff of older ladies & assistant have HORRIBLE customer service. Not gentle, not considerate. Pretty pushy, and didn't ask private questions in closed doors. Very unprofessional. Younger staff are really nice, and hope they don't get a bad experience here. Referred to Dr.Wu specialist via primary doc. Private parking lot. BRING your referral paper, won't see you without it. (Update: Basically understand why her staff is consistently stressed. The doc doesn't follow their schedule. Her operations of course not predictable, but breaks area and they never know when she'll be back or even make it back to the office. So weird.)"
