"Dr. Troung is a great OBGYN, she delivered two of my babies and provided my IUD. She is a little rougher side and not extremely gentle, she is there to get down to business and then she is out. She is very busy however, she does always stay to answer any questions you may have."

"Well, I came in for an IUD removal and insertion. Dr. Truong is very nice and listens for the 7 minutes she is in there. Which I do actually appreciate because I know she is busy. However, they did not have the IUD that she referred me for in their office or "in stock". So they removed my IUD and they referred me out to family planning who apparently had it. A month later I had a referral for this specific IUD insertion at family planning (soonest they could get in) only to find out that family planning did not have it either and they couldn't insert any IUD because they didn't have that specific one. After talking to Dr. Truong front desk staff, who literally helped me none in this process I went back to my insurance and my PCP for another referral to a different MD. I cold called 7 doctors for this IUD she recommended and now I am sitting in another facility wondering why they would remove something they could not replace but still bill my insurance for it. Not recommended."
