"Appointment receptionist are rude and look like they don't want to be there!!"

"I always try to see the best in people and in situations but this one honestly doesn't deserve one. I delivered at WMMC 3 months ago. During delivery, the nurse told me that it was too late to call my doctor because I was already in labor and due to my past medical history so she said one of their on call doctors would deliver the baby. So, a month after delivery I receive a doctor's bill. When I called and spoke to Rosa, I mentioned that I had a secondary insurance so they can bill them for the difference. And she rudely explained that she wasn't because I had been seen by their doctor. Why is that if first of all my doctor was affiliated with that hospital, 2nd of all, I didn't ask to be seen by a WMMC/ group doctor, and 3rd, wouldn't it be considerate if they notified the patient before hand this information and give us the option to decide instead of receiving a high bill after? 21 years I've been going to here, my family members are also their patients and never had I experienced anything like this or had someone as rude as Rosa ever talk down on us. Total disappointment!"

"This place has the worst receptionists I've ever had to deal with. They are rude, incompetent, misinformed and unprofessional. Their appointment system is also horrible! The only reason why I'm still here is because my primary doctor referred me to this location. I would totally recomend you look elsewhere for assistance."
