"I dislike that they tell us only patient is allowed. I went in and there was a patient who just came out of her appointment with her child. Like???? Do other guests get special treatment or something. Doesn't seem right to me, everything else seems okay except for the lady at the front desk who doesn't even bother to ask you what you need. You sorta have to wait until she wants to work with you. Poor customer service skills there for front desk staff."

"Dr.Yu is an amazing doctor. He’s very noligable and always answers all of my questions. Very friendly and polite. I just wished his staff took on the same attitude. Every time I call it’s always a problem with rescheduling and working around my work schedule. Or just no answer or call back at all. When they do answer I always feel like a nusence to them. If you miss your appointment with them, good luck trying to reschedule, it’s like their almost penalizing you. I understand that we’re all adults and I take full responsibility for my actions but life happens. Also mind you they don’t do courtesy reminder calls like other offices do. It’s just really unfortunate that a great doctor has really rude and unprofessional women answering the phones and running his office."

"I love doctor Yu. He was my doctor for two of my pregnancies and I think he’s the best in town. Would highly recommend his office. Everyone is so nice and you never spend more than an hour in start to finish for your appointment. If your looking for a great doctor go to His office."

"Had my baby about a week ago at mercy sw she just happen to waited right till he got to the hospital and was ready and he even shook my hand after everything was done not to many doctors do that. Ever. Dr. Yu is one of the best and I'm very picky when it comes to doctors ! I had Dr. Park with my first child so I was kinda nervous for a new doctor because I loved Dr. Park and his humor and because he would actually sit down and listen to what you had to say. Dr. Yu makes you feel very welcome and answers all your questions and doesn't make you feel rushed when you talk to him and takes his time with you. I don't see how he has bad reviews because he is an amazing Doctor!! Makes me kind of sad I won't have appointments with him anymore besides check ups anymore. Overall I love Dr. Yu he is once again amazing!"
