"I have since moved back to the east coast, but I still fly across the country to see Lynette, NP for my OBGYN/Well-woman exams. Yeah, I FLY five and a half hours just to see her because she's THAT good and the staff are THAT amazing. In my many years of dealing with healthcare (in both personal and professional life), Dr. Scharffenberger's office is by far the gold standard of how a practice should be run. I am always in awe of the staffs' kindness, empathy, and attention to detail. Lynette is the epitome of all that. When she says she'll follow up, she will follow up. When the staff leave her a message, she gets back to you promptly. (And you know how often things like that fall through the cracks in healthcare!...So it is greatly appreciated that everyone follows through!) I can't say enough good things about this office. The fact that 4 years later and 2000+ miles away, I am still a patient at this practice, should say something to that effect."

He respected my wishes, especially since this would be my first hospital birth. my first 2 children were home births. I had a high risk pregnancy and Dr. Scharffenberger rushed over early in the morning when I went into labor 2 days before my scheduled c-section. I couldn't believe how calm and supportive he was at 4 a.m.. He's a wonderful doctor. I also highly recommend his nurse practitioner Lynette. She helped me through a pregnancy loss, my high risk pregnancy with my son, and helped me reach breastfeeding goals. She's so sweet and calm. Love them best!"
