"I really appreciate Dr Mendoza. She takes time to speak with me and answer all my questions, not just briefly but a real conversation. She was my OBGYN for both of my children. At first she shared a practice with another doctor but I think right now it is just her. This means you always see her and she knows you. The office has transitioned through different front office staff over the years I have been there. Some have been amazing - courteous, timely reminders, organized, etc. Other staff has not been the most courteous or professional, and I let Dr Mendoza know my experience with the front office. Update: Her current front office staff is great - friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Dr Mendoza to any future mom."

"I would definitely recommend Dr. Mendoza. She really takes the time to listen to any of your concerns and will never rush you. She delivered 2 healthy boys for me and I couldn't ask for anything more than what she did for me. I also have Lupus and she was well aware and always made sure to keep that in mind for any issues that ever came up. She never really had to look at my chart because she came to know me and my family. Her staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable."

Had 2 different OBs for my first 2 babies before switching to Dr. Mendoza for my other 2 and the difference in her respect for me and my wishes/needs as a patient is night and day from the more cold and authoritarian way I was treated by my other doctors."

"Terrible and awful place! I called to make an appointment to remove my nexplanon and place an IUD. I was told over the phone that it would have to be two different appointments. Went in and paid $15 copay for them to tell me that they do not remove the nexplanon at their office and that I would have to go to planned parenthood to remove it!!! That is absurd!!! And that they were barely going to start the process of ordering it when I was told over the phone that they would start that right away since they had my insurance information. That is ridiculous!!! Then when I asked for my copay back the front desk girl told me that I technically had a "consult" so I couldn't get a refund!! This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been too. Save your money and time and go to a place that knows what they are doing!"
