I asked a question through the front desk grapevine and it went completely ignored by this doctor while his front desk acted completely unmoved by my concerns and told me to “ just schedule an appointment “. My needs as a patient should be met regardless if I’m on the phone or in person. I have never felt so disconnected with a doctor in my life or made to feel like my needs and my concerns don’t matter."
