Virtually no wait times at their office. Ultrasounds done in-house too. I had a couple of complications with the pregnancy and Dr. Levine handled them like a pro and ensured a great outcome for my baby and I. Her staff made all necessary appointments with the hospital to deal with my complications. She delivered my baby on very short notice and checked on us at the hospital everyday that we were there. Dr. Levine and her staff Leanne, Leah, Yadirah, Ultrasound Technician, and others that have helped me are very informative, respectful, good listeners, and top notch professionals. "While Dr. Levine has enough credentials to provide good service to her patients, that doesn’t seem to reflect in actuality in the service itself. I came to this doctor as a newly pregnant woman, and the office staff was friendly off the bat. The problem with Levine is she actually has very poor bedside manner, doesn’t offer much information without the patients probing, is far too late in all of her appointments and far too rushed to really attend to any one patient. Her knowledge doesn’t seem quite as vast as one would expect. My husband is a soon to be veterinarian and asked her about the specificity vs sensitivity of a certain blood test, and she just looked at him blankly. I gave this doctor several chances, in spite of her obvious lack of compassion or general sensitivity, but the last straw was when she lost a PAP SMEAR. As a person who has trouble with these tests to begin with, this was endlessly disturbing. She has good referrals to sonographers however. And there’s a little dog in the office! That’s kind of cute. But, sadly, it doesn’t make up for her generally blunt and almost rude demeanor."
