"I had a serious health issue and needed surgery right away. I was in a lot of pain, and I rushed to the ER for exams. Never did the office return my calls, nor refer me to a surgeon. I had to escalate the issue with my insurance, and personally find a surgeon who would schedule me in. It's been about 2 months now, and yet to get a phone call back from the office. I understand medical professionals may be overwhelmed with patients, but I'd certainly appreciate a returned phone call."

I changed her on my third trimester during pregnancy and i also had an issue before that she couldn't resolve and my new doctor fixed it right away! I was in dire need of an obgyn to check on my pregnancy and after originally being told that there were appointments available they decided I was too far along to be a new patient and refused me. The receptionist made up multiple excuses but ultimately decided not to offer me care. So unprofessional and with no explanation. I guess patient care is not the first priority here."
