"Beautiful area covered by nature: grass, tress, and more trees. After a long day of classes, lying down under the trees on the grass really calms me down and the fact that it's not one of the crowded areas of the campus (except during fairs and graduation) really helps. It's also a nice area to hold graduation ceremonies. Overall, it is beautiful."
"Very proud of my daughter Clarissa Esparza who graduated yesterday!!!! The big tree in the middle of the quad could be moved so it would not block sight lines and make for a better event venue, but what do I know, I was only the production manager for major Latin artists all across the U.S. at major venues, and throughout Latin America as well."
"Good spot for a career fair, just a little hot in the sun. The career services office did a great job managing the food and meeting the needs of the employers. The staff was very friendly, signage also great. This area on campus looks like a nice place to relax and enjoy the sunshine between classes."
