"I went twice, and both times were a mistake. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first appointment. Not giving them a third chance. My first appointment was with Dr. Reddy. It took two months to be seen, just to be rushed out the door. The front desk and assistant were nice, but the doctor immediately was looking at the time and waving off my questions. She recommended products without giving me warnings. Not only did I leave feeling defeated by the lack of empathy (not personable at all), but I ended up having a chemical burn reaction to the "dermatologist approved" products she recommended. It took me weeks of doing my own research to heal my skin. The first time I left a review in December, I got a call. It wasn't about the chemical reaction I experienced, it was about my review and their concern over it cause it affects their business. This further shows their lack of concern for their patients. I'm sure the front desk is only following protocol so I'm not upset with them. One of the ladies I saw during my first appointment was so kind. It kept me from wanting to break down then and there. My second appointment was with the doctor you are repeatedly told about when waiting on hold, Dr. Simoni. I gave this place a second chance, because I figured maybe the main doctor that is being praised will be better and I just got unlucky. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't much better. Any time I spoke, it felt as if I was being ignored. The most alarming part was when I asked what one thing on my face was and she gave a laugh, saying she wasn't going to look at every mark on my face. A dermatologist said this. I wasn't asking for her to look at "everything" either. Their job is to check your skin. Within five minutes she was hurrying out the door, even though I had something of concern to have checked. She said she had to get to surgery. They do NOT value your time. I don't live by TO. I even doubt they do a thorough job or care about their patients if you're giving them a ton of money. The prescriptions were a pain to take care of, because a few were not common for a pharmacy to routinely carry, which they should have known about. I ended up having a lapse in my dosages cause of it and I had to make several calls to the pharmacy and CSI. Now my primary doctor has taken care of future prescriptions. I'm never going to a chain dermatologist company again. The moment I found a privately run office, I was immediately in better care. The new dermatologist also has never heard of some of the strange prescriptions CSI recommended. Hell, Google hasn't either. Most of the ones my dermatologist has heard of, he said most people react poorly to. They just want to sell you products. You're just a number."
