"The ladies were nice, and I love their upbeat personalities. The restrooms were dirty. I ordered the Big Carl without cheese, but it had cheese, it happens. The only thing that was disappointing for me is I guess they didn't think I would notice that they gave me a classic burger patties (thinner patties) than what I ordered (thicker). I didn't want to go through the hassle or get them mad and get spit in my food, so I just ate the food and left."

"10/23/2023 around 12.15a.m. If you go here to order and ask for no cheese you might get it then when you politely say this has cheese they will scrape the cheese off and hand you back the burger. I am allergic to cheese, I will get extremely sick. I can't just have it scraped off the burger, that's why I ordered it without in the first place. After that happened, I did not trust not getting cheese on my stuff and then getting extremely sick. I just wanted my money back so I could leave. Apparently, they can't do that either and no manager will be in the store to do it until Tuesday. So y'all go all day Monday without a manager; that's what you're trying to tell me. Yeah I am having a hard time believing that one! I came back there for the refund and after caring less about their actions making someone sick they don't even have the decency to give me back all my money. The owner of the restaurant NEVER answers the phone. I put a complaint in with the department of health."

"The food was good, but really the only reason I went was for the Super Star combo they have advertised on a huge banner on the front of the store. It says $7.99, so you can imagine my surprise when 2 combos came to $33 bucks! I was told that special is not going on anymore, however, the sign is there and as big as ever! Poor cashiers have to deal with having to explain to customers because management doesn't do their job! If it's not $7.99, it's OK, but take the sign down then! That's really not cool, at all!"

"Too bad the one star. I specifically asked for lettuce on my (2) SPICY CHEESEBURGERS and on my (2) FAMOUS STARS They gave me two spicy chicken sandwiches and two famous stars with NO LETTUCE ON ANY OF EM Y’all charged me for it too which is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone who goes here take the time to verify accuracy before driving off. Their staff is a joke here and almost always forget things with your order. It’s complete BS service"
