"The service is TERRIBLE at this store. We wait for a very long time for the chicken sandwich and when we ask the staff about it, they didn’t even start preparing the order, and cannot refuse to provide an ETA. Then I asked to cancel and refund my order. Then turns out the staff Dominique doesn’t know how to refund!! She printed my order again with another charge as cash and says that’s the refund, but that’s not!!!! I don’t get my refund at all!!! This is the worst Popeyes that I’be been to, and folks, RUN!!!!"

"We stopped at this Popeye's on our way back from LA at 2100 hours and the food was still good. The beans and rice were good, but inflation downsize them. But for $12 minus senior discount for two people, you can't beat it!"

"I’d heard a lot about Popeyes and was excited to try it on my USA vacation. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. - took 20 min to take our order - half the menu wasn’t even available (only discovered this after waiting in line) - ordered tenders, then was informed only after waiting for them to be ready that they only had 2 tenders left and we’d be getting wings instead - cost almost $30 USD for a single meal - trash overflowing out of the garbage can - mac n cheese was sludgy and disgusting This was NOT a failure of staff, this was extremely poor management. I will never be coming back to Popeyes."

"The food was hot and good. They were having some staffing issues, and we had to wait a bit for our food. Initially they gave us cupa to self-serve our drinks. They did not tell us soda machine didn't work. Until we asked how we could get our drinks. We were traveling, and it was connected to other little fast foods and a travel stop. We got our soda from the connected Taco Bell. I think they had an agreement or something."

"This visit was very upsetting. The one star is for the chicken. The customer service was bad. Trash was piled up and tables were dirty. The employee was calling my name even as he saw me walking up. After I grabbed my food and made it back to our table (the cleanest we can find). I noticed he didn't put the napkins, sporks, and sauce we asked for in the bag."
