"The customer service reps might as well be "ZEN DESK" employees. They have no idea who you are. They have no idea what policies you have. They don't know your address. I am not talking about the verification from the horrible automated service. One rep literally wanted me to verify my husband's name with my daughter's address. "He said even if it's wrong it has to match what I have." We have been customers since 2003. They still don't know the difference between someone born in 60 or 84. They have sent refund checks to addresses we don't even live anymore. After spending hours on the phone to try and transfer an auto policy to a new state, the information was not added completely, multi-policy discounts were not applied. I had to call back again. They still ask about people who have been removed from our policy since 2018. Good luck! Why don't we have agents anymore why do we have to deal with people who don't care or hate their jobs."

"Worste insurance company ever I paid for full coverage and when my van got stolen and it was time for them to cover my equipment they turned around and said I have general liability resulting me having to come out of pocket for everything then got a letter not even a month later telling me that they canceled my insurance I can't believe that they did this to me over $6000 they would rather take your money and not help you if I could give negative stars I would. STAY AWAY!!!!! GO TO STATE FARM."
