"THINK TWICE AND DOUBLE CHECK WITH OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE USING THIS INSURANCE AGENT! Chloe sold us a very very expensive homeowner insurance policy and told us that because of the recent fires in CA, every company is charging a lot and it's lucky that we even got a policy. We believed her and trusted her, so we paid full to this expensive policy. After the insurance policy took effective, the insurance company sent an inspector to inspect the house. The insurance inspector made request to us to do some not too simple modification in order to keep this expensive insurance. In the same time. the insurance company issued us a cancellation notice. We went to another insurance agent and got a new policy which is almost a QUARTER (1/4) of the price for a policy and it's BETTER THAN what Chloe sold us. When I confronted Chloe, she not only didn't apologized and didn't give us a good reasons for the expensive policy she sold us, she tried to mislead us by telling us " there is a 25% minimum retained premium in the event of cancellation with policy fees being 100% fully earned. (another reason why we don't recommend to switch mid-term)." - this was her direct quote from her email. As I looked into more, the 25% MAXIMUM retained premium only applied when the Insurer cancels the policy, not the other way around. And Chloe totally tried to manipulate us. Chloe lied to us to gain benefits for herself. And she was not look out for us to get the best and lowest price insurance policy at all. She is all about making most money for herself."
