When i had my first accident, they helped me work through the claim. Have always been accommodating and helpful with whatever I needed, really wouldn't go anywhere else."

"The owner of this business (Jaqueline Boix) is a partner in the crimes that Manuel Cortez is inflecting on unsuspecting clients when he sells them used cars. Do your best to avoid dealing with this shady business. On 2/20/23, we met with Manuel to see a car (Toyota Camry 2011) that he posted on OfferUp. The car odometer matched the posted ad mileage (109,000). We decided to buy the car and Manuel gave us Jaqueline's business card to do the registration. We went to the bank to withdraw the money and then met with Manuel at the J B Insurance Services at 4737 E Gage Ave, Bell, CA 90201. Manual was already with Jaqueline and he said the title is with Jaqueline who was already typing up the paperwork. I asked her for a copy of the car title, she did not provide it and said that the new title will be mailed to me. She acted weird and avoided talking with us. After one week the title arrived in the mail with the odometer reading 80,000 miles extra (189,000). Jaqueline and her business were partners in this scam. When I saw the discrepancy in the mileage, I called J B Insurance Services to ask them to correct the title, since we thought it was a typo. The person who answered was so rude when I asked for Jaqueline and said that she is busy with a client. I left her messages twice but she never returned my calls. Another staff told me that it was my mistake that I didn't see the old title which Jaqueline made sure to hide from me. This is proof that JB Insurance Services represented by the owner Jacqueline and her staff are all partners in the crimes that Manuel is inflecting with his deceitfulness to Offerup users. We have since then reported this incident to the police and Offerup. Offerup in turn removed Manuel's shady business from their platform. Avoid this business at any cost. I would have given them no starts if Yelp allowed it."
