"Completely unprofessional, she was told about physical abuse and responded by having me make a list of chores to do so as not to trigger my wife into violence. Took 6 visits before we were divorced. AVOID AT ALL COST. Looking back 3 years later, and after seeing other counselors, I still absolutely agree with my previous review. I dont understand how this lady has a license to practice in Wisconsin. The contrast between Heartjourney and a real counselor is astronomical. Seriously, how is this a licensed practice? Someone should call or file something and protect people from this practice."

"I lay awake at night trying to piece together the mindless gibberish she talks during our sessions. Also her receptionist works from home, doesn't accept phone calls and is difficult to get in contact with. Dealing with both is more stress than what I'm paying her to relieve. Her office title she be "Heartless Detour"."
