"Very disappointed with the care received. At my very first visit I made sure to point out I was looking for a therapist who would follow through i.e. if I missed an appointment they would call. That didn't happen. When I sent an email looking for a letter I need in order to complete a requirement for surgery I was denied this due to a bill for a no show fee. When asked if I could appeal the fee due to the fact that I was helping my sister with expenses after the sudden death of my brother in law my question was ignored, I was sent the bill and my loss was never even acknowledged."
