"My daughter was diagnosed with POTS July 2023. By The end of October 2023 she was severely ailing. 24/7 vomiting, debilitating migraines, insomnia, memory loss with brain fog just to name a few. I was given information on neurotherapy. I still continued with primary doc, cardiologist, GI specialist then adding a few more area specialists to the medical list when they said stomach surgery I said no, I’m taking a chance in Wisconsin with this Doc Nick and therapy I really didn’t understand all too well but sounded more positive than what they all wanted my child to endure next. I’m so glad I followed my gut and they were able to get schedule us for December 2023. This wellness center was my daughter’s saving grace. There for 5 days. She walked in on a Monday with 42 ailments and 7 medications- 2 of those heart meds. She came home with 16 ailments, 3 medications-1 being heart meds, and 3 natural supplements. 3 weeks of being home she was able to wrestle again placing 5th in regional tournament( she hadn’t wrestled since that November ‘23. Following all of Doc Nick’s home therapy protocols, wellness therapy’s and keeping her diet 2 months after her wellness therapy she is off all medications just doing her supplements for brain health. I can attest firmly if you are in doubt you need to take the leap and invest in neurotherapy. I am truly in awe of Doc Nick and his magic plus his staff went above and beyond for us being 4 hours away from home in a different state with our minds in turmoil over my child’s health. My daughter will always have POTS symptoms and brain trauma and with the home neurotherapy and brain exercises she is at a low stage not the severe, about to be declared disabled stage. "I’m a former patient of Dr. Nick as I moved out of state! I could write a novel honestly about my experiences here at the Neurological Wellness Institute and with Dr. Nick and staff. I was developing bizarre odd symptoms I couldn’t understand. Being in the healthcare field and knowing what I knew I had to advocate for myself. I was being dismissed by so many providers because I’m young and otherwise healthy however inside there was so much happening. I was often labeled and diagnosed “anxiety” which I knew was not the case. So I started investigating and came across NWI where I met Dr. Nick and everything changed. From our initial consult to discussing the results after a three hour testing period, he was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, understanding I mean the list can go on. He knew his stuff needless to say and was extremely passionate and articulate with his approach in helping me and that’s exactly what he did with my intensive program. I regained some normalcy, was able to understand more intricately what was going on and how to lead a “normal life.” I thank him so much for taking the time to understand my symptoms, my triggers and find the right action plan. "I have a daughter who had many concussions and simply couldn’t remember things for her tests in college. She just wanted to throw the towel in. I had remembered someone saying my youngest daughter would benefit from a neurological chiropractor so I started looking one up and came across Dr. Nick in Waukesha. They were able to get her in on her break for most of the therapies which was a blessing. She had struggled with her eyes not working together when she was younger and had seen other professionals that helped with other areas in her life. The results all went back to when she was younger and just carried over as she grew up. Through out the years we tried to help her to cope with things. Finding out what was really going on was incredible! The pieces were being put together finally, but it’s still going to be a process to recover. My youngest daughter was struggling with focusing and concentration and sitting still with not being able to tune background noises out, amongst other things for a great while since she was a toddler. She was having a really hard time remembering her information for school although she was fine up until fourth grade this year. So much to do and remember she wasn’t handling it very well. We had her in Vision Therapy and found out her eyes were not working together either. So after our oldest had good results at NWI and seeing Dr. Nick we decided to take our youngest there. She actually needs Neuro-feedback so she’ll be continuing her therapy for another few weeks. I’ve seen her grades in school go up and I believe it’ll be a process with her retraining her brain waves. Thank you Dr. Nick for being so kind and caring and compassionate and willing to go the distance for people who are struggling with difficulties. "Dr Nick has been the most crucial doctor in my 3 years long healing journey with Long Covid. He treated me in Chicago for orthostatic hypotension and dysautonomia, and cognitive decline among many other symptoms. He has a vast and very current knowledge of not only neurology but all that relates to the function of a human body. He is sweet and kind and compassionate and he listens intently to his patients and never dismisses anything they say. I considered myself very lucky to be assigned to his care. "My experience at The Neurological Wellness Center was top notch. I suffered with lightheadedness for 7 years, I was seen by Neurologists , Neurosurgeons, Vascular Surgeons, Cardiologists and General Practitioners and nobody could tell me why I was lightheaded. I found Neurological Wellness Center and Dr Nick and had the most comprehensive physical exam and was given a diagnosis and treatment plan on day 1.
