"I trust Dan Eichhorn of West-Cal Mortgage. Here's why. This is my second time working with Dan. In each case the numbers I got from him were better than his competitors. Over time I’ve saved quite a bit of money. In each instance I spoke with other people just to cover my bases. In my recent ReFi I got pretty far along with another company who’s representative seemed knowledgeable, but there was a big problem. On top of not being quite as good on the money aspect of things her company policy would not allow time for my attorney to review the 256-page loan doc prior to signing. She said the 3-day right of rescission period would have to suffice for review. That was a big red flag. Dan said an attorney review would be no problem and he delivered without making me feel I was asking for something out of bounds. He and his assistant Robin worked hard.
