"I opened a checking and savings account at the Chippewa Falls office. The customer service representatives were very polite, curious, and respectful. They showed me how I can earn interest on my checking account which I was thrilled to learn about. Their website and mobile banking systems are VERY easy to access and simple to navigate. You can even cut checks from their website site and have them mailed out for FREE which is fantastic because I hate writing checks and waiting for checks to clear (they take it right out of your account once the check is cut or mailed out.) I don't know of another bank or credit union that respects your PRIVACY RIGHTS more than WESTconsin. If you're not with WESTconsin now take a look at the Privacy Rights in the disclosures of your bank and then look at WESTconsins...INCREDIBLE! You most definitely don't want your financial information being given to other businesses or affiliates for their marketing purposes and another way for your identity to be compromised. Its not a bad idea to shop around when your bank isn't treating you fairly and I'm sure you will find WESTconsin a refreshing alternative bar none!"
