"I saw Dr Olson in March and my experience was terrible. There were things that occurred that I do not agree with and had no connection to why I was being seen that day. There was no bedside manner, listening to my concerns, felt like I was being forced into a corner with two topics that I did not bring up rather never have been a problem. I felt as if she didn’t read my chart to get to know me prior. I left the appointment crying. Will never be coming back. 10/10 DO NOT recommend"

"I still have nightmares about my experience with this doctor. I’ve had all of my children at Elmbrook and have loved all the doctors and nurses there until I met this lady. No compassion. Horrible bedside manner. She was the doctor I had when checking out after giving birth. I spoke with her the day before I was released and she was the one who signed my release the next morning. Instead of looking at any notes and telling her I was in a lot of pain, she asked me why? Well, besides the obvious, she asked if I tore. I said yes. She asked if I had stitches. I replied yes. She next said, “Let me see”. I had to show her to get permission for 6 pain pills. I cried on my way home. It was the way she spoke. The way she didn’t believe me? She also knew I had other little ones at home. I suffered greatly those first two weeks. Don’t worry, I already filled out the survey with the hospital. This woman should not be in healthcare at all."

"The care from the Elmbrook ob department was phenomenal. The care I received from Dr. Olson was not. She covered for my physician and I was less than impressed. She did not obtain consent prior to a procedure, better yet she didn’t even tell me she was going to be performing a procedure. Disappointed in her. All the other doctors were amazing."
