"PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. All they want is to get a signed contract so they can put a lien on your case. THEY WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU. They abandoned my case part way through but left me with a lien, even though they have done NOTHING. I actually heard one of Winters and Banks attorneys conspiring against me with the others parties representation. Workers comp is a corrupt system...they probably get kickbacks. Good luck speaking to an attorney! When you do get one, it's a different person every time. Unprofessional and utterly incompetent!"
