"This school is HORRIBLE. If you think about enrolling your child, I suggest you don’t. A friend of mine was going through very hard times and had to leave class to calm herself down, she was sobbing and was in a very bad place. The counselor Regina came up to her and her friend who was comforting her and told her friend to go back to class, and then when she asked her why she was crying she had told her that there was something she needed to talk to the counselor about. Regina said she didn’t care and that she had to also go back to class because shes failing. This school does not care about anything except for their reputation and if kids are vaping in the bathrooms. All they do is expect the kids to be on top of everything all the time. They also judge you simply based off of who your friends with. If one person in the bathroom is vaping, they search everyone who was in the bathroom. They give you 5 minutes to use the bathroom and they act like phones are guns in the school. The principal makes the assistant principal Mr tillman do all his dirty work like searching kids for no reason. No students like any of the office staff. At lunch they make teachers block off all stairways like its the White house. If you are getting bullied and you report it, they make you wait for a certain teacher to talk to you but they never do anything about it. This school seriously needs to be shut down or have a whole new counselor and principal AND dean."

"Former Student: To an outsider this place looks great but if you are a student, it is horrible. It's easy to blame stuff on the teachers, but none of it is their fault. The administration does nothing to help the teachers or students because they're too focused on being 'different' from other schools. News flash: different doesn't always mean better. The grading system is different for every class and no one knows what it means. It's like they decided to change everything about how a school works in an afternoon, put it in place, and were too busy patting themselves on the back and saying "at least we aren't MPS" to realize that it sucked and it needed change. So, once they decided that maybe it wasn't the best idea, they didn't swallow their pride but made it worse. They have to learn that just because they spent a long time making a mistake doesn't mean they have to stick with it. The only thing they care about is $$$ and if you're vaping in a bathroom. Seriously, anything positive this school has done has been run by the students. Stay away from this dumpster fire, I used to think this place was great, but it was just a case of Stockholm syndrome. Good people in the school, bad school."

"Horrible school, if you want help I would recommend not coming here. Mental health is a joke here and the school could honestly care less unless it’s about a juul. Then the investigate ur whole identity but if ur being bullied they simply tell you they have no proof so they can’t do anything. This school is a entire joke, going down the drain. Stay away from this school‼️"

"I remember when I was in this district and apparently the only changes that were made, only made the district worse. My friends that go here always told me administration is constantly eyeing people, never helps when they’re trying to do their work, or never focuses on problems that are continuously happening throughout the school. I’m glad I moved away because I could not stand it here, and I give credit to the people that still have to live here, and go here almost every day."
