"Do not give him your business, he adds additional people on your policy without consulting with you. He then blames it on the state’s “new law”. He is also very unpleasant. Please look elsewhere there are plenty of other insurance companies. Edit: Mr. Mercado just called me on the phone to threaten me, I guess this is how he “investigates” things. Don't give your business to this man, he adds additional people to his policy without consulting. Then he tells you that it is because of a “new law” in Wisconsin that does not exist. He is an extremely unpleasant and arrogant person, there are many other insurance companies, please look elsewhere. After writing this review he spoke to me threateningly."
