"My review is based on 2 appointments at the River Park Drive Sacramento location. Positive: The front desk staff were exceptionally professional and courteous both times. Needs Improvement: The provider did not sufficiently take time to thoroughly explain in terms that I understood. She did not document the reason for my follow-up visit, resulting in a miscommunication, for which she blamed me. I tried to work out the miscommunication, but she mildly scoffed at my apparent ignorance. I felt humiliated and silenced. When I returned home later, I carefully reviewed and compared my notes and her notes from our first appointment. I saw that she had been unclear in several key items, and that the follow-up appointment had not been documented. Other Negatives: The provider did not clean her hands upon entering the room or before touching my skin (feet to face) with her bare hands. The second appointment, when she didn’t clean her hands, I spoke up but it felt really awkward. At the second appointment, despite the fact all was quiet & on schedule in the waiting room, the medical assistant made clear she was very busy and behind schedule. She rushed me into the room and hurriedly pulled up my chart - at which point it became evident they had no record of the reason for my visit. They were too busy to have properly cleaned the exam room. For example, the paper-sheet on the exam table was haphazardly tented over the top half of the exam table; it wasn’t even covering the table, and it was ripped hastily in a huge jagged tear. The used paper-sheet from the previous patient was crumpled in a huge ball and stuffed into the hydraulics beneath the table. In Summary: The follow-up appointment was an absolute waste of my limited time, energy and resources. When providers make mistakes, it's inappropriate to project blame onto the patient. Based on what I observed, providers need oversight and training on communication, hand hygiene, time management and cleaning procedures."

"Went in for a non cancerous removal of a cyst. The cyst was a inch in diameter. The assistant told me the scar would be small. The inscision is about 5 inches long and the doctor actually asked me if I had someone to remove the stitches. I'm very unhappy with this and would not have had the surgery if I had known this outcome. If you want to look nice go to a plastic surgeon and pay the price! Not funny."

"I recently had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Daria that left me deeply unsatisfied with the care I received. I visited Dr. Daria for hair losing. I was waiting for two months to visit her then on the day of the appointment, she show up like she knows magically everything before asking me. After few superficial questions she said I’m going to order you blood test you can do it on quest today or tomorrow then I give you a call for the next step. I said OK, then on the same day I went and did the blood test done. I was waiting about a month but nobody called me then I tried myself to get in touch with her, but she was not available after one week of trying phone call. Finally I got in touch with her assistance even not with her. She excuse about they have too many patience which is not logical for me. Then I asked OK what is my blood work result? I am waiting for that. Then she was struggling to find what was going on after 15 minutes she find out the result, and it was showing some deficiency of vitamins and iron. Even the doctor didn’t prescribe me one of those vitamins or iron and the assistance told me to buy it from Amazon. I believe that a good healthcare provider should prioritize the well-being of their patients. Listen to their concern and provide personalized care. Unfortunately, Dr. Dario fell short in these area during my visit. I hope that my feedback can help her make improvement in her practice."
