"It is never a great day when the tenant calls with water streaming through the ceiling after a water supply fitting fails...but Ashley, Terry, Mike, Austin, Bryan and the rest of their team were FANTASTIC in responding to our needs, making a bad situation more bearable. I couldn't believe it when SERVPRO was able to send a team out that same day. Here we are, a week later, and they have dried out our space, removed their equipment and left our project site clean and tidy. They communicated with me clearly and effectively every step of the day. We have some rebuilding to do but are thankful for their quick and expert care to help us with our water remediation project. "The week of our fair, it was extremely hot and humid. Working with Servpro, they were able to bring in a bunch of fans, and we were able to create a cooling tent with water misters. People were very happy to get out of the heat and sun. We also had a situation where we needed a very large source of portable power due to an upcoming storm. Servpro was able to bring in a very large generator that met our needs. Servpro stepped up to the plate to help us with with our unusual needs that week."
