"Although it wasn't the news I wanted to hear, Steve made it ok. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Our pool heater stopped working right before a planned party. I was hoping for service right away. I left my message after hours, was contacted the next day and told a service person would call me back when they got in. A couple of hours later Steve called and agreed to come right out!! He arrived fairly quickly and was very thorough in his assessment. Turns out the heater is shot but, Steve took the time to walk me through why the electrics on the display panel stopped working (issue 1). Then he went into the mechanics and showed me what was causing issue 2, explained the different ways they tried to solve it, without success in the past, and was honest about the repair estimate vs. a new heater estimate. However, the best part was he went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon. He heard my desperation and need to know and now I know and it's relieved my need. Thank you Steve and thank you Aqua Fun! We will definitely be using you as our sevice provider in the future."

"Matt was extremely helpful and friendly. I am a brand-new pool owner so I brought in a sample of my water and asked him what I need to fix my pH and alkalinity. He gave me many suggestions and showed me multiple products to use. I will 100% be a return customer."

"Signed a pool contract here back in February and was told they had 3 of the pool we wanted in stock. We were shopping for pools in February knowing there was a shortage and wanted to make sure it was in stock so we would be guaranteed a pool. Made first payment in March and scheduled delivery for last week of May. At that that time was told everything was in stock except for the ladder. Made final payment May 8th and when the last week of May came no delivery happened. Called and was told they had no pools in stock and never did due to not getting shipment for their vendor. Can not understand why I was sold something that they didn’t have knowing I wanted a pool first thing in spring. So either my pool was sold to someone else or was given false information of it being in stock to get the sale. The salesperson knew we were there in February and we wanted it in stock before committing due to wanting it first thing in spring not in July. Thank goodness I received a refund and was able to go elsewhere. paid for my pool and had it delivered in less than a week with no problems. Even though this place is minutes from my home I will never give them a dime of my money. Lying to me and telling me you never said you had pools in stock is b******t and you know it Matt."
