"The staff are friendly but apparently they don't sell fuel after 5:30 in the afternoon. I drove down there to get night current however even though they were still in the office they would not bring me fuel since it was after 5:30.. On Google the hours go until 8:30 and on their website the hours go until 7:00 with full ramp services pretty disappointing. If you're going to modify your hours you should make that very apparent on the website or through Google to save people the frustration with driving and then cancelling a flight"
"Such a cool place at KMYF. Unfortunately due to CoVid, the inside area is only available for using the restroom. The ramp is roomy and the fuel truck guys are very nice. Keep up the good work..... (Soon to be part of CrownAir)"
"I would give them zero stars if possible. I had a radio go bad and they are a Garmin dealer so I called in June to get a quote and schedule an install. Doug reassured me that they could get a new radio installed in late July when I would be in town. (I'm based in CO but travel to KMYF a lot) After the initial conversation they stopped returning phone calls and emails etc. One week before I was to fly into town Doug FINALLY called me back and said "We are too busy, we have too many ADS-B upgrades to handle right now, I suggest you find someone else to do your radio install." Well thanks a lot for nothing Doug, had I known that in June when I first called y'all I would have just moved on and found a different shop. Now I still have a broken radio and have to start the whole process over with another shop. I would NOT RECOMMEND them for ANY work. totally unreliable and terrible customer service."
"The line crew is great and Shalana is incredible! I had a serious issue with Enterprise Rental car and she jumped in and took care of it. I should have rented directly from her and will next time. If your trip has any snags like ours did you couldn't ask for a better person to take care of it, period! Thanks Shalana!"
