"Every time that I call Kevin's office, I get IMMEDIATE help. If I just have to have a change, a question answered or information clarified, almost always it is done during my first call . . . they don't even need to research and get back to me. On the very rare occasion that a return call is necessary, it is within a very quick period of time. I recently made my first weather-related claim. The day of, I called just to notify (I was not sure yet if I needed to make a claim ) and everything I said was well documented. When I called back a few days later to actually begin making a claim, Fred answered my call because Kevin and the others were busy (I am sure with many others who had damage . . . it was a BAD storm). Within hours I heard from Eric Mathison, the Field Claims Rep for Wisconsin Property Claims. The next day Eric was at my house. Like everyone in Kevin's office, Eric was kind, helpful, explained things well for what to expect and offered much advice and information. Within days I was paid for all damages. I honestly could not have expected any faster, courteous or professional support from anyone!"
