"I have never felt more ripped off anywhere than here. First of all they charge $250 every time you walk in the door no matter what. BEWARE! Then, procedures leave you burned with blisters...when. you went in to try to get help healing faster. BEWARE! Then they recommend everything under the sun and then put down what your former Dermatologist did...who is great and conservative. So you feel they can only fix you. AND WORST is the Assistant who works there. THE WORST BEDSIDE MANNER EVER. The woman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!"

"I have gone to Dr. Chiu for years and she has been incredibly kind, showed empathy and interest in my needs. I do go with a mindset that I will be there for awhile, its rarely in and out. Even when things around her are frantically busy, she is a calming presence. Yes, one of her receptionists in the past was not very warm, but I'm really not there to make friends. I go for the high quality of service - a doctor who knows my medical history, sets realistic expectations, and provides effective treatment. In those areas, she is 10/10."

"I never write reviews but for this it felt like I had to. I went in to get a refreshed skincare routine because Dr. Chiu was recommended to me and I really wish I had never gone. The products she recommended to me made me break out horribly. When I returned them, I was told I’d be refunded. However, months later I am still going back and forth with her office about the incorrect amounts. They have not been able to provide receipts for anything and continue to make excuses. Highly recommend steering away from this place."
