"I am a physician myself for over 24 years. When my right knee no longer had any more meniscus and it was bone on bone rubbing. It really made life miserable as I was in constant pain and limping for months. I searched all over California for the best knee specialists including my Alma Mater at UCLA and at the Bay Area where I did residency. After 24 years of practicing medicine myself- I know when a fellow MD knows what they are talking about. As for my knee, NO bone pain at all- no BS. I really mean it- the bone pain in my knee was gone the moment I woke up post op. No pain with full weight bearing 20 minutes after waking up. I did not need any of the Percocet I was prescribed. I only took regular Tylenol for the surgical soft tissue - muscle ache and swelling. I am one month post op and walking and driving already. Of course it will take a little more time to be 100 percent. I will recommend Dr. Ferro to my parents and family if any one ever needed a knee or hip replacement. "May 3,2021 Arroyo Grande Nanoknee surgery on left knee. Got me up and walking right away. Went home to Bakersfield next day. The doc and staff had me so comfortable with zero stress.
