"I asked Steven Ensberg to check a commercial lease agreement. I marked the paragraphs that I need to be explained. When the call started he was reading my email while I was on the line. Then he opened the lease and started to explain me from the beginning. It means he didn't read it prior to the call. Coz my marks was way lower. Ok he explained me the parts that I wanted. I had to ask him to give me his opinion. (I think that what attorney should do, everybody can read right. I need expertise not a translator) Feeling was as I hire translator not an attorney. So at the end of the 30 min call he charged me for a full hour. I called back to find out why he did so. It was a 30 min call. He said that he spent some time to learn the lease prior to the call. Which he didn't. I feel like he just scammed me for $175. Don't recommend use him for explanations."
