"One star is way too good for this bank. While they may be friendly to you in person these people are heartless and will completely run out your account with fees. They have fees for everything! A fee for not using your card enough, a fee for not having direct deposit, a fee for not having a digital bank statement, a fee for having too low balance! Then when you go negative because of all these fees they charge you an overdraft fee spiraling you into even more debt all because this bank was conveniently located. Stay away from this bank if you want to keep your money. If however you want all your money to slowly disappear then by all means take your money here and it will be gone in no time. Oh but they are nice people so I give them one star."
