"Terrible service and the people who work here are not professional at all in any way. The bank had barely people in it and when i came in to ask help in opening an account, they wanted me to do an online application in their lobby. They were not busy at all and refused to help me. I felt super uncomfortable."

"Front door card scanner is busted. Why have an ATM if they can’t be accessed by the client? Door had been broken for months Worst chase branch. Terrible hours, poor staffing, inaccessible ATM after hours. Security guard is awesome and nice. But that isn’t worth a star. It’s a 0 star branch. Close it down! Fire the workers and open a new one somewhere else near by."

"I walked in around 445pm & there was an employee escorting the client out ...telling me the branch had emergency &closing early. She was rude & unprofessional! *(There was no police or EMT on site.)Anyways this branch needs better management since 2019. And it's like we're treated like cattle vs a paying client. PLEASE provide training for ur employees in common courtesy."

"The standard of this particular branch is very low. To say the employees are aloof is a understatement. Competence is not a requirement here either is honoring appointments or scheduling correct date for appointments. I will be taking my money to capital one and advise anyone who values their time to do the same."

"I will start by saying my experience here is typically good and satisfactory. Today I was not allowed to make a cash deposit due to the "vault being at capacity." Employee said this could be due to many persons making deposits on the first days of the month. Today is Friday March 12th 2021 and I was really hoping to take care of a simple deposit. I hope the vault capacity gets managed in a more streamline way as to handle peoples money."
