"I don’t want to speak for everyone who works here because some of the employees were kind, but there were a few who were extremely rude and not very helpful. Will definitely be going to a different Arrowhead location from here on out!"

"Not really happy with this credit union. They have screwed me over multiple times. One time I requested checks for my credit card and they accidently sent them for my checking account. Another time they locked me out of my account for an auto "security" feature even though I was doing completely normal transactions (sometimes I travel). They also like to call when a credit card is a few days past due even though they say they allow a 10 day grace period. They don't allow any skips for a credit card even if you're starving and can barely afford to eat (they say they can't, but they did during the pandemic). Don't ever do business here unless you have to; otherwise, go somewhere where you're valued. As soon as my debt is paid off with them, I'm leaving."

"Went in to open an account just to sit for 30 mins and watch the employees talk to each other. Going back to a big bank."
