"If I was able to give 0 stars, I would have. I was working on a refinance and a purchase all at once. David Akiba called me and was very arrogant and unfriendly, advising that he would need to take out as much money as possible on my current home, to put down on my new purchase. He said that who ever worked on my file before, did everything backwards, and now he needed to save the day and fix everything. He said I didn't qualify for the purchase and my realtor shouldn't have been showing me houses in that price range. He said he was the only one that could make my loans go through, but I would need to take out 300K from my home and be left with no reserves for my purchase. I took my loan to someone else, and they were able to take the exact same file, and make both loans happen in record speed, and I didn't need to take out that much money, and I received a better rate for both refinance and purchase! I didn't know that there were people out there that would do this to me! Beware!!!!!"
