"Overall was a nice place to live with attached garage, private entrance, and private back patio. My main complaints are 1) New manager lady is a nightmare! She will not allow any kids toys outside (even back patio) including water tables, small covered sandbox, bikes, nothing. Kids may not EVER ride bikes or scooters, even with adult supervision. Chalk is not allowed anywhere. If you have kids, look elsewhere! She rides around on her golf cart looking for people to yell at and take pictures of the "rules being broken". 2) There is only one A/C unit upstairs and is doesn't keep the second bedroom cool. Our second bedroom was sometimes too hot to even sleep in. 3) We had a few ant problems... manager guy said it was common and to just buy ant traps."
